Demystifying agroforestry through relatable, localised tools for farmer engagement
We created behaviorally-informed tools that help farmers understand agroforestry's real impact on their land and income. Using locally loved characters like Bahubali and Pushpa, we made the 5-year journey tangible and trustworthy for farmers and field teams through comics, brochures, and presentations.

To make the concept of economic resilience accessible and actionable, we created a playful, visual journal for community members. Designed with behaviour science principles, the journal uses nudges, prompts, and illustrations to help people map their resilience journey clearly. Alongside it, an action-oriented field guide, was aimed to simplify facilitation for community-facing teams while holding space for sensitive conversations.
