Outcomes

Maruti Suzuki India Limited (MSIL) is dedicated to improving communities through better healthcare, education, water, sanitation, and infrastructure.

To promote road safety, MSIL launched initiatives under the 4Es—Education, Enforcement, Engineering, and Emergency Care. They also have high-quality training programs to build a skilled, industry-ready workforce under their Skill Development initiatives.

We helped them assess and highlight their three main initiatives through our detailed impact report.

Stakeholder Mapping

We got a clear picture of the people or stakeholders we are engaging with. We noted details of the community from the demographics, their needs & aspirations, enablers & barriers, mindset & practices to get a clear picture.

Most trainees are between the age group 16-23 Years.

Most trainees are male, but three ITIs are enrolling only women in FY 2022-23.

Most trainees are from rural /urban-rural areas across 30+ cities.

Most trainees are 10th/12th graduates at enrolment.

Ecosystem Mapping

We map the ecosystem by identifying all key players within the community, including institutional and local service providers, while analyzing the key enablers and barriers shaping the landscape. We also assess the policy and environmental factors, along with relationships influenced by authority, support, and overall impact.

Journey Mapping

We worked closely with the key beneficiaries—to map out the entire program journey. Together, we traced every step, from registration to the job opportunities trainees will access upon completing the course, ensuring a clear and impactful path for everyone involved.

Outcome and Impact Mapping

We studied the project outcomes by gathering insights from beneficiaries and key stakeholders. Along with their perceptions, we analyzed tangible results like placement performance, uncovering valuable insights about the program structure, trainee experiences, and feedback from trainers and recruiters.
