Women entrepreneurs in the program were leading from the ground, but still lacked a few pragmatic knowledge of business essentials.


Tieing up with Grameen, we set out to understand their needs, ecosystem and challenges which helped us design tools to assist them in this role.

Understanding the context of the community and the youth cohort through guided interviews. Building ecosystem maps and persona maps.

Explore

and Identify

Through group discussions and surveys, we gathered qualitative and quantitative data and identified gaps in community awareness.

Ideate and Co-create

We co-created with the community through workshops to address information gaps and providing actionable solutions with the tool.

Pilot and Testing

We created digital booklets and videos with the gathered information, conducted youth capacity-building workshops, and mobilized the community.

Business Training Playbook For Women Entrepreneurs

Timeline: 4 months

We teamed up with Grameen Foundation to create playbooks that help outlay business fundamentals like compliance, production, marketing and others to support nano, micro, small and medium women business owners across India. The objective of the playbook is to help the women entrepreneurs to navigate their business journeys by simplifying complex business compliances, regulations and processes in a simple easy-to-understand interactive workbook.
